For the longest period of time, I had been looking for a pencil eyeliner that won't make me look like I have panda eyes. You see I have hooded eyes so I always tight line my waterline.
I think I found the one. :D
When It comes to eyeliners, I always go to Nichido counter. Nichido eyeliners never let me down. Good think about nichido it's available locally and it's cheap. (P138. 00)

ReplyDeleteI've only tried ever bilena. the P50 ones at 7/11 convenience stores haha :D i'm pretty new at trying other makeup besides foundation,blush,and lippies. Thanks for the reply, really helps me a lot:)
